Rental Application

All prospective tenants must complete a rental application to qualify for a rental property.

Instructions :

  1. Download the application by clicking here
  2. Print, Complete and Sign the application(s). All tenants over 18 who are not dependant must fill out and send in an application.

  4. Once your application has been received, a member of our staff will contact you.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Please review your signed lease regarding late fees and charges.

Where do I pay my rent?

All rental payments are to be made payable to Win Win Realty Group. You may deposit your payments to the account number provided in your lease. You may also mail your payment to the address provided on your lease.

How do I request a maintenance issue?

All tenants must submit a maintenance requests at this link :

All requests will be tended to immediately upon being received during normal business hours. You may call 813.777.5130 ONLY if you are unable to send a request through our website and for emergency purposes.

I am interested in a property. How can I view it?

All vacant properties are only viewable by receiving a lockbox code. In order to do so, please email or text a copy of your driver’s license and a member of our staff will promptly contact you with the access code.

You may text a copy of your license to 813.777.5130. Please include the property address of the property you wish to see. You may also email a copy of your license to bel@winwinrealtygroup.com and/or Lynda@winwinrealtygroup.com.

I would like to rent the property. What do I do next?

All prospective tenants will need to fill out and sign a rental application. There is no application fee. Please include two (2) most recent pay stubs with your application in order to shorten the review process.

You can download and print the application here (LINK) and email the completed documents to one of the following email addresses: Bruce@todayhomesolutions.com or Bel@winwinrealtygroup.com. You will receive an email from our staff that will confirm your application has been received.

How long is the review process?

All applicants will undergo employment and income verification. The review process takes between three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending on the completion of the application. Our staff will contact you once your application has been reviewed.

What is required to move in?

Once you have been approved and are contacted to sign a lease agreement, please be prepared to make an initial payment that includes Security Deposit and first (1st) month’s rent.

Do you accept Pets?

Pets are welcome and do include a nonrefundable Pet Deposit Fee that is to be made prior to moving in. Please note that the following breeds are INELIGIBLE: Chow Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Straffordshire Terrier, Akita, American Eskimo, or any mixed breed dog that is half breed (or greater) with one or more of the aforementioned animals.
